The sale data on Jennifer Aniston’s former house in the Trousdale Estates, which closed in late June, has finally hit Redfin. Final sale price: $35 million. That’s short of the $37-38 million reported in early July, but still not a bad drop from her original $42 million asking price. Aniston paid $13.5 million for the Hal Levitt-designed house in 2006, then spent years fixing it up with designer Stephen Shadley before putting it up for sale in February 2011. The buyer’s rumored to be big-time bond investor Bill Gross. Meanwhile, Aniston and latest lovah Justin Theroux are shacking up in a nothing special rental in the Bird Streets above the Sunset Strip–just down the hill a bit from her long-owned place on Blue Jay Way. · Jennifer Aniston Sells Hal Levitt House for $37-38 Million [Curbed LA]
