Because there’s apparently nothing to keep super-rich, abusive addicts from doing whatever the hell they want, Charlie Sheen is going forward with plans to buy a house in his Mulholland Estates neighborhood (for either one of his ex- or soon-to-be ex-wives or several porn stars, depending on the report). Both the Wall Street Journal and the Real Estalker are reporting that Sheen is in contract on “Black Swan” producer Mike Medavoy’s house, which is right around the corner from Sheen’s Aubrey Road place. Medavoy bought the six-bedroom house in September 2010 for $6 million and listed it in February at $7.495 million. The house has a whole bunch of features, including a library, butler’s pantry and wetbar, but to Charlie Sheen those are all just new places to tweet, rant, or threaten his loved ones. · 3332 CLERENDON Rd [Redfin] · Charlie Sheen Set to Buy Mike Medavoy’s Beverly Hills Home [WSJ]
